MEDIA PROGRAM PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION - CONSIDERABLE STAFF TIME WAS SPENT CREATING, DISTRIBUTING AND/OR PROMOTING: 1) REGULAR EPISODES OF OUR TWICE-MONTHLY RADIO PROGRAM, INSIDE MUSIC, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH WWFM THE CLASSICAL NETWORK IN NEW JERSEY; 2) THE RELEASE OF SEVERAL EPISODES OF OUR VIDEO/PODCAST SERIES, NOTES FROM UNDER THE PIANO; 3) NATIONAL RE-RELEASES OF TWO OF OUR PAST PUBLIC TELEVISION PROGRAMS: DISCOVER VIVALDI'S FOUR SEASONS AND THE FALL IN LOVE WITH MUSIC SERIES; AND 4) OUR CURRENT AND UPCOMING TELEVISION PRODUCTIONS, DISCOVER THE FIREBIRD AND DISCOVER SAINT-SAENS ORGAN" SYMPHONY, RESPECTIVELY. SEE SCHEDULE O FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.THE FIREBIRD PROGRAM CONTINUED ITS 3-YEAR DISTRIBUTION DURING THE FISCAL YEAR WITH BROADCASTS ACROSS THE COUNTRY, WHILE PRE-PRODUCTION COMMENCED FOR THE SAINT-SAENS PROGRAM. ADDITIONALLY, THE TWO RE-RELEASES AS WELL AS THE FIREBIRD PROGRAM WERE ADDED TO THE PBS PASSPORT STREAMING PLATFORM. PAST DIGITAL PROGRAMS CONTINUED BEING DISTRIBUTED ON THE FILMS MEDIA GROUP AND AMAZON PRIME PLATFORMS, AS WELL AS THROUGH AMERICAN PUBLIC TELEVISION WORLDWIDE. SOME ROYALTIES AND STREAMING SALES RESULTED FROM THIS DISTRIBUTION.
2. COMMUNITY OUTREACH - OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY OUTREACH MUSIC LISTENING SESSIONS INCLUDED BOTH VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON SESSIONS. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, 9 SESSIONS WERE PRESENTED IN COLLABORATION WITH 6 MUSIC STUDENT AND SENIOR PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS. WE ALSO PROVIDED BUS TRANSPORTATION FOR ONE OF THESE STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS TO ATTEND A LIVE CONCERT DURING WHICH MAESTRO MAULL COLLABORATED WITH THE NEW JERSEY YOUTH SYMPHONY IN THE INTERACTIVE PORTION OF THAT PROGRAM.
3. INTIMATE AFTERNOON CHAMBER MUSIC RECITAL: DISCOVER DJANGO - ON 3/20/22, WE PRESENTED A LIVE CONCERT AND MUSIC EXPLORATION FEATURING THE MUSIC OF DJANGO REINHARDT WITH MAESTRO MAULL AND THE STEPHANE WREMBEL BAND. 70 PATRONS ATTENDED THIS EVENT.
