OPERATION OF TWELVE GROUP HOMES FOR THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED. DURING THE PERIOD ENDING 6/30/2016, THERE WERE 52 INDIVIDUALS RESIDING IN THE HOMES. ALSO, APPROXIMATELY 75 INDIVIDUALS RECEIVED DAY PROGRAM SERVICES, WHICH INCLUDES SUPPORT TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS IN OBTAINING AND/OR MAINTAINING EMPLOYMENT AND APPROXIMATELY 8 INDIVIDUALS RECEIVED 24-HOUR NON-RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT THAT WAS PROVIDED IN A GROUP SETTING OR IN THE PERSON'S OWN HOME.
