THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINED AND LEASED DIRECT CARE AND OFFICE SPACE TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY, MENTAL HEALTH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, FAMILY SERVICES, AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROGRAMS.
YOST EAP PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES, INCLUDING EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE, WORK LIFE, AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS. OTHER SERVICES INCLUDE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, WORKFORCE TRAINING, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTION STRATEGIES THAT ENHANCE WORKER PRODUCTIVITY AND SAFETY, WHILE ALSO HELPING TO CONTAIN HEALTH CARE COSTS.
