THE HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ASSIST LOW INCOME, FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS ACHIEVE THEIR DREAM OF HOMEOWNERSHIP. HABITAT HOMES ARE SOLD TO PARTNER FAMILIES AT NO PROFIT AND FINANCED WITH AFFORDABLE LOANS. INTERESTED APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION AND MEET ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. IN FISCAL YEAR 2022, TWO HOME WERE COMPLETED AND SOLD AND FOUR HOMES WERE IN PROCESS.
