THE UNITED FUND OF WESTFIELD SUPPORTS LOCAL CHARITIES IN THE UNION COUNTY, NJ AREA BY MAKING GRANTS BASED ON WHERE THE NEED IS GREATEST.
ON APRIL 1, 2021, THE WESTFIELD UNITED FUND MOVED OUT OF THE TRAIN STATION BUILDING THAT HAD BEEN OUR HOME FOR MORE THAN 40 YEARS. WE ARE NOW LOCATED IN AN OFFICE BUILDING AT 133 PROSPECT STREET IN DOWNTOWN WESTFIELD.IN MAY 2021, THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES VOTED TO GIVE A SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION TO SIX OF OUR AGENCIES WHO WERE GREATLY IMPACTED BY THE PANDEMIC, AND WHO THE BOARD JUDGED TO BE PARTICULARLY WORTHY BECAUSE OF THEIR VITAL ROLE IN THE COMMUNITY AND THEIR LONGSTANDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE WUF.
