NO ONE WHO LIVES OR WORKS IN THE Y'S SERVICE AREA OF WESTFIELD, CRANFORD, GARWOOD OR MOUNTAINSIDE AND IS EXPERIENCING A BONA FIDE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IS TURNED AWAY FOR INABILITY TO PAY FOR YMCA PROGRAMS, SERVICES AND MEMBERSHIPS.
