SOCIAL SERVICE ASSOCIATION OF RIDGEWOOD AND VICINITY, INC. (THE ORGANIZATION") IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT AGENCY THAT PROVIDES BASIC SUPPLEMENTAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN NEED IN RIDGEWOOD, NEW JERSEY AND OTHER SURROUNDING TOWNS. THE ORGANIZATION IS FUNDED PRIMARILY THROUGH CONTRIBUTIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS WHO LIVE AND WORK IN NORTHERN BERGEN COUNTY AS WELL AS LOCAL BUSINESSES, CHURCHES, SYNAGOGUES, AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS IN THE COMMUNITIES SERVED BY THE ORGANIZATION.

HOUSING AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE: ONE MONTH RENT OR MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED BASED ON CLIENT NEED AND ELIGIBILITY.
