TO SOLICIT AND RECEIVE PHILANTHROPIC GIFTS, GRANTS, BEQUESTS OF REAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY, OR BOTH, FROM INDIVIDUALS, FOUNDATIONS, PARTNERSHIPS, ASSOCIATIONS, GOVERNMENTAL BODIES OR PUBLIC OR PRIVATE CORPORATIONS. THIS GENEROUS PHILANTHROPY IS USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING VALLEY HEALTH SYSTEM.

RIDGEWOOD SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING CORPORATION, INC. (THE "CORPORATION") IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED IN 1976 TO ACQUIRE AN INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN RIDGEWOOD, NEW JERSEY AND TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE THEREON AN APARTMENT COMPLEX OF 130 UNITS, UNDER SECTION 202 AND SECTION 8 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. IN 2005, THE CORPORATION ISSUED PRIVATE BONDS TO FUND VARIOUS CAPITAL PROJECTS, PAY OFF ITS ORIGINAL HUD MORTGAGE, AND REDUCE ITS MORTGAGE RELATED EXPENDITURES.

TO PROMOTE PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH AND PERSONAL GROWTH. THROUGH COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, WEST BERGEN MENTAL HEALTHCARE, INC. RESPONDS TO THE NEEDS OF ITS CLIENTS AND THE COMMUNITIES IT SERVES.

THE RIDGEWOOD Y IS A NONPROFIT CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION THAT SERVES YOUTH, ADULTS, AND FAMILIES FOUNDED ON CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES AND COMMITTED TO STRENGTHENING OUR NORTHERN NEW JERSEY AND CAMP BERNIE COMMUNITIES SINCE 1902, AS PART OF A WORLDWIDE YMCA.
