(THE "CORPORATION") IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED IN 1976 TO ACQUIRE AN INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN RIDGEWOOD, NEW JERSEY AND TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE THEREON AN APARTMENT COMPLEX OF 130 UNITS, UNDER SECTION 202 AND SECTION 8 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. IN 2005, THE CORPORATION ISSUED PRIVATE BONDS TO FUND VARIOUS CAPITAL PROJECTS, PAY OFF ITS ORIGINAL HUD MORTGAGE, AND REDUCE ITS MORTGAGE RELATED EXPENDITURES.
