THE ORGANIZATION OWNED AND OPERATED A SECTION 202 HUD FINANCED MULTIFAMILY HOUSING PROJECT FOR THE ELDERLY WHICH WAS SOLD DURING 2018. DURING 2019, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT SUPPORTED THEIR FORMER RESIDENTS AND INDIVIDUALS WHO PROVIDED ASSISTANCE AND SERVICES TO THEIR FORMER RESIDENTS. UPON THE DISSOLUTION OF THE ORGANIZATION THE REMAINING ASSETS WERE CONTRIBUTED TO A RELATED 501(C)(3) NON-PROFIT CORPORATION CALLED HUDSON LUTHERAN CHARITY, INC. (EIN 22-2888885).
