PROVIDED SPECIFIC ASSISTANCE TO INCOME ELIGIBLE FAMILIES INCLUDING ENERGY ASSISTANCE, RENT AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE, AND OTHER FINANCIAL ASSITANCE TO APPROXIMATELY 13,000 INDIVIDUALS AND HOUSEHOLDS.
