BOULDER ENSEMBLE THEATRE COMPANY CREATES POWERFUL, ENGAGING, TOP-QUALITY PERFORMANCES AND PROGRAMS, WITH MEANINGFUL IMPACTS BEYOND THE STAGE. WE SERVE AND WELCOME COLORADO'S MANY DIVERSE COMMUNITIES, CULTIVATING AN INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR ARTISTS AND AUDIENCES. WE ARE UNITED BY CREATIVITY, CONNECTIVITY, AND COMPASSION.

Part 3 - Line 4a

DURING THE 2022-2023 SEASON, BETC RETURNED TO PRODUCING A FULL SEASON. WE HAD FOUR MAINSTAGE PRODUCTIONS, ONE OF WHICH WAS A NATIONAL NEW PLAY NETWORK ROLLING WORLD PREMIERE. BETC ALSO HELD ITS WRITERS GROUP PROGRAM, WHICH SUPPORTS THE WORK OF COLORADO PLAYWRIGHTS AND CONTRIBUTES TO THE NATIONAL PIPELINE OF NEW WORKS IN DEVELOPMENT. PUBLIC READINGS OF THE WRITERS' SCRIPTS WERE HELD. IN JULY-AUGUST 2022, BETC TOOK ITS THEATER TRUCK ON TOUR FOR OVER 25 PERFORMANCES IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS AROUND THE REGION. THE ATTENDANCE FOR MAINSTAGE PRODUCTIONS, THE TOURING THEATRE TRUCK PERFORMANCES, AND WRITERS GROUP READINGS FOR 2022-2023 WAS 5,649, WITH 340 COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS ISSUED.
