ALLIES AND ROSS WAS CREATED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH (HACP) TO PARTICIPATE IN AND/OR DEVELOP MIXED FINANCING TRANSACTIONS, BY RECEIVING GRANTS FROM THE HACP, AND IN TURN PROVIDE SHORT AND LONG TERM LOANS TO LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS FOR THE CREATION OF LOW-INCOME HOUSING UNITS.
