SUPPORT FOR THE MANUFACTURING CAREER AND TECHNICAL TRAINING PROGRAMS IN THE CLEVELAND METROPOLITAN SCHOOL DISTRICT SCHOOLS. THESE PROGRAMS ARE HOUSED AT MAX HAYES HIGH SCHOOL AND CONSIST OF: - CNC MACHINING - ENGINEERING WELDING - COMPUTER AIDED DRAFTING AND, - PROGRAMMING AND SOFTWARE THE GROUP OF PROGRAMS ARE CONSOLIDATED INTO AN "ACADEMY". THE NONPROFIT SUPPLIES A CONSULTANT TO ASSIST THE SCHOOL IN THE ACADEMY DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORTS THE PROGRAMS. ASSISTANCE FROM THR BUSINESS COMMUNITY PROVIDES RELEVANCE TO THE TRAINING CURRICULUM, EQUIPMENT, MARKETING AND JOB PLACEMENT.
