ON NOVEMBER 18, 2021, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CHILDREN'S INSTITUTE OF PITTSBURGH APPROVED THE RESTRUCTURING OF THE CORPORATE STRUCTURE OF THE AFFILIATED GROUP. DURING FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2022, ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE AFFILIATED GROUP WERE TRANSFERRED TO THE PARENT COMPANY IN ORDER TO CONSOLIDATE MANAGERIAL ACTIVITIES TO SUPPORT MORE EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY THE OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS. THESE EFFICIENCIES ARE PROJECTED TO REDUCE ADMINISTRATIVE OVERHEAD, REDUNDANCY IN TASKS, FACILITATE VOLUME PURCHASING AND NEGOTIATE VOLUME PRICING, ENSURE CONSISTENCY IN THE APPLICATION OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND TO HAVE AN ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL THAT WILL FACILITATE AND SUSTAIN EXPANSION OF SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.
