TO PROVIDE RESIDENTS OF CAMBRIDGE, BELMONT, ARLINGTON, WATERTOWN, AND SOMERVILLE MASSACHUSETTS OVER THE AGE OF 60 THE PRACTICAL MEANS OF CONFIDENCE TO LIVE THEIR LIVES TO THE FULLEST IN THEIR OWN HOMES AS THEY GROW OLDER AND TO CARRY ON ACTIVITIES IN SUPPORT OF THIS MISSION.

CAMBRIDGE NEIGHBORS PROVIDES THE TIMELY AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES SIMILAR TO THOSE OF A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY. THEIR PROFESSIONAL STAFF PROVIDES MEMBERS WITH ACCESS TO EVALUATED SUPPLIERS WHO PROVIDE PROMPT SERVICE AT KNOWN COSTS. THIS SERVICE MEANS THAT MEMBERS HAVE TIMELY HELP AVAILABLE AS CHALLENGES OR EMERGENCIES ARISE AT HOME. MEMBERS CAN GET HELP IN AREAS LIKE TRANSPORTATION, HEALTH, SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND HOME MAINTENANCE SO THEY CAN REMAIN SAFELY AND CONFIDENTLY IN THEIR HOMES AS THEY AGE. THERE ARE CURRENTLY OVER 190 DUES PAYING MEMBERS.
