ALIGN THE CULTURE OF TODAY'S FOOD SYSTEM WITH CONSUMER EXPECTATIONS. THIS PROGRAM WORKS TO IMPROVE THE PRACTICES AND PROCESSES OF FOOD SYSTEM STAKEHOLDERS TO BETTER ALIGN THEM WITH THE EXPECTATIONS OF CONSUMERS.
CONVENE, EMPOWER, AND SUPPORT FOOD AND AG STAKEHOLDERS TO OPERATE IN A MANNER THAT BUILDS CONSUMER TRUST. THIS PROGRAM AREA FOCUSES ON NARROWING THE GAP BETWEEN FOOD SYSTEM PERFORMANCE AND CONSUMER EXPECTATIONS USING CFI MODELS, TOOLS, AND INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO EARN CONSUMER TRUST. CFI IS USED AS A KEY RESOURCE BY THE FOOD SYSTEM STAKEHOLDERS AND THEY COLLABORATE ON STRATEGIES TO CREATE BETTER ALIGNMENT WITH CONSUMER EXPECTATIONS, RESULTING IN INCREASED CONSUMER TRUST.
