COMMUNITY SERVICES: COMMUNITY FOOD MINISTRY (CFM) PROVIDES A FOOD BOX FOR THOSE LIVING AT 130% OF THE FEDERAL GUIDELINE FOR POVERTY. COMMUNITY SUPPLEMENTAL FOOD PROGRAM (CSFP) PROVIDES A FOOD BOX FOR THE ELDERLY WHO MEET FEDERAL GUIDELINES FOR POVERTY. KLOTHES KLOSET (KK) PROVIDES CLOTHING FOR THE POOR. NUMBER OF UNDUPLICATED CLIENTS SERVED: CFM 10,593 INDIVIDUALS; CSFP 1,786 INDIVIDUALS; AND KLOTHES KLOSET 11,982 INDIVIDUALS. PROGRAMS HELP THOSE IN POVERTY MAKE ENDS MEET BY FREEING UP INCOME FOR OTHER UNMET NEEDS.


HOMELESS SERVICES: HOMELESS RESOURCE CENTER (HRC) IS A PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES DAY SHELTER AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR HOMELESS ADULTS. FAMILY RAPID REHOUSING (FRRH) PROVIDES HOUSING AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR FAMILIES MOVING FROM HOMELESSNESS TO PERMANENT HOUSING. OUR NEW PROGRAM, PERMANENT SUPPORT HOUSING (PSH) ASSISTS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN OBTAINING PERMANENT HOUSING. NUMBER OF UNDUPLICATED CLIENTS SERVED: HRC 1,905 INDIVIDUALS; FRRH 39 FAMILIES, PSH 0 INDIVIDUALS. PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO INCREASE WELL-BEING AND TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN MOVING TOWARD A STRONGER SENSE OF SELF-DETERMINATION.
