WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PUBLIC, NONPROFIT, AND PRIVATE ENTITIES, GCHP WILL CREATE VIBRANT, HIGH-QUALITY COMMUNITIES WHICH ARE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY INTEGRATED, AFFORDABLE, AND SUSTAINABLE.

PLACED IN SERVICE OR HAS IN PRODUCTION A TOTAL OF 3,850 UNITS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING INCLUDING OWNERSHIP, RENTAL AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING, WITH 907 UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND 180 COMPLETED DURING 2021, AND 75 COMMERCIAL OR COMMUNITY FACILITIES.
