THE COMPANY'S PRIMARY FUNCTION AND PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT OF CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES AND CAUSES, AND HEALTHCARE/HEALTH PROMOTION SERVICES. THE COMPANY MAKES GRANTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE BAPTIST GENERAL CONVENTION OF TEXAS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES IN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND THE SOUTHWEST REGION OF THE UNITED STATES (THROUGH PREDOMINATELY IN THE PANHANDLE REGION OF THE STATE OF TEXAS), AND ALSO MAKES GRANTS FOR THE SUPPORT OF BAPTIST COMMUNITY SERVICES AND ITS PROGRAMS AND OTHER EXISTING CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES AND CHRISTIAN/COMMUNITY PROGRAMS.
