BRAZOS VALLEY COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS - THROUGH THIS PROGRAM, THE AGENCY DOING BUSINESS AS HEALTHPOINT, STRIVES TO ELIMINATE HEALTH DISPARITIES BY OFFERING QUALITY PRIMARY AND PREVENTIVE HEALTH CARE TO THE MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED IN ITS SERVICE AREA, INCLUDING HEALTH EDUCATION TO INDIVIDUALS. HEALTHPOINT SERVED A TOTAL OF OVER 45,000 UNDUPLICATED PATIENTS DURING THE YEAR. SERVICES INCLUDED PRIMARY AND PREVENTIVE MEDICAL, DENTAL, AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES.
