TO SUPPORT AND GIVE AID, THROUGH FINANCIAL, EDUCATIONAL, SPIRITUAL AND OTHER MEANS, TO AMISH FAMILIES AND BUSINESSES WHO ARE STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY AND ARE IN NEED. III. TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL RESOURCES, SUCH AS LOANS, GRANTS AND OTHER RESOURCES, UNDER THE GUIDANCE AND DIRECTION OF ONE OR MORE CHURCH TRUSTEES, TO THESE STRUGGLING AMISH FAMILIES AND BUSINESSES WHO ARE UNABLE, BY REASON OF THEIR FINANCIAL SITUATION TO OBTAIN RESOURCES FROM FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS OR OTHER PRIVATE SOURCES. IV.
