FURTHERED ORGANIZATIONS MISSION TO REPEAL THE DEATH PENALTY IN MISSOURI BY EDUCATING CITIZENS AND LEGISLATORS REGARDING THE COSTS AND CONSEQUENCES OF CAPITAL PUNISHMENT THROUGH PUBLIC EDUCATION WHICH CENTERS ON THOSE MOST IMPACTED BY THE CARCERAL SYSTEM.
WORK IN COALITIONS FOCUSED ON PUBLIC SAFETY INCLUDING COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS, PROSECUTORS, PUBLIC DEFENDERS, AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS TO PREVENT NEW DEATH SENTENCES, ESPECIALLY FOCUSING ON HISTORICAL AND CURRENT HIGH-USE COUNTIES.
