CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT IN 2022, NATION 2 NATION N2N CONTINUED TO FOCUS ITS CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS ON TRANSLATING ITS CURRICULUM. N2N FINALIZED THE SECOND YEAR OF ITS FRENCH CURRICULUM. THE SECOND YEAR INCLUDES 132 HALF-HOUR VIDEO TRAINING SESSIONS AND OVER 600 PAGES OF WRITTEN INSTRUCTION AND SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS. THE COURSES COVER TOPICS RANGING FROM BIBLICAL STUDIES, CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP, ETHICS, FAMILY HEALTH AND HYGIENE, WOMENS HEALTH, AND DOMESTIC LIVESTOCK CARE. N2N ALSO COMPLETED ROUGHLY 75 PERCENT OF THE WORK OF TRANSLATING THE THIRD YEAR OF ITS CURRICULUM INTO FRENCH.
DOMESTIC SCHOOLS N2N SUPPLIED VIDEO-BASED TRAINING MATERIALS, WORKBOOKS, EXAMS, AND OTHER SUPPORT TO 29 CHURCH-BASED MINISTRY SCHOOLS IN THE UNITED STATES AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS. THESE SCHOOLS PROVIDED TRAINING TO AT LEAST 350 STUDENTS. ADDITIONALLY, N2N SAW 77 STUDENTS ENROLLED IN ITS WEB-BASED SCHOOL, N2NCU ONLINE. IN 2022, N2N PROCESSED GRADES AND ISSUED DIPLOMAS TO 124 STUDENTS FROM CHURCH-BASED MINISTRY SCHOOLS AND N2NCU ONLINE.
INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS IN 2022, N2N TRAINED FACILITATORS AND DISTRIBUTED EQUIPMENT TO START 83 NEW SCHOOLS IN ENGLISH, SPANISH, AND FRENCH IN BENIN, D.R. CONGO, SOUTH SUDAN, MEXICO, IMPOVERISHED PORTIONS OF THE SPANISH-SPEAKING CARIBBEAN, SOUTH SUDAN, AND REFUGEE CAMPS IN KENYA. N2N WORKED WITH MINISTRY PARTNERS TO START ADDITIONAL SCHOOLS IN THE PHILIPPINES, BOLIVIA, MYANMAR, AND MALAWI. N2N ALSO DISTRIBUTED THE SECOND YEAR OF ITS FRENCH CURRICULUM TO OVER 50 SCHOOLS, INCLUDING SCHOOLS STARTED IN 2021. N2N EXPECTS EACH SCHOOL STARTED BY IT OR ITS PARTNERS TO TRAIN BETWEEN 20 AND 50 COMMUNITY LEADERS. N2N PROCESSED GRADES AND AWARDED 3,234 DIPLOMAS IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA AND LATIN AMERICA. 1,032 STUDENTS ACHIEVED AT LEAST A FOUR-YEAR DIPLOMA. N2N ALSO PROVIDED OVER 54,000 IN DIRECT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SELECT INDIGENOUS SCHOOL FACILITATORS WORKING WITH IMPOVERISHED AND REFUGEE COMMUNITIES IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA.
