WIN MINISTRIES IS DEDICATED TO EQUIPPING CHURCHES AND LEADERS AROUND THE WORLD WITH MATERIALS TO FACILITATE CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP TRAINING, EVANGELISM AND DISCIPLESHIP, AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.

CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT IN 2021, WIN MINISTRIES CONTINUED TO FOCUS ITS CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS ON TRANSLATING ITS CURRICULUM. WIN FINALIZED THE FIRST FULL YEAR OF ITS FRENCH CURRICULUM. THE FIRST YEAR OF THE CURRICULUM INCLUDES 133 HALF-HOUR VIDEO TRAINING SESSIONS AND OVER 450 PAGES OF WRITTEN NOTES AND SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS. THE COURSES COVER TOPICS RANGING FROM BIBLICAL STUDIES, WATER PURIFICATION, AND THE CARE AND PREVENTION OF DEADLY DISEASES LIKE MALARIA AND AIDS. WIN ALSO COMPLETED ROUGHLY 60 OF THE WORK OF TRANSLATING THE SECOND YEAR OF ITS CURRICULUM.
DOMESTIC SCHOOLS WIN MINISTRIES SUPPLIED VIDEO-BASED TRAINING MATERIALS, WORKBOOKS, EXAMS, AND OTHER SUPPORT TO CHURCH-BASED MINISTRY SCHOOLS IN THE UNITED STATES AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS. THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC CAUSED NUMEROUS SCHOOLS TO CANCEL OR POSTPONE CLASSES. HOWEVER, WIN STILL PROVIDED VIDEO-BASED COURSES, WORKBOOKS, AND OTHER TRAINING MATERIALS TO 26 CHURCH-BASED SCHOOLS. THESE SCHOOLS PROVIDED TRAINING TO AT LEAST 330 STUDENTS. ADDITIONALLY, WIN SAW 52 STUDENTS ENROLLED IN WINS WEB-BASED SCHOOL N2NCU ONLINE.
INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS IN 2021, WIN LAUNCHED THE FIRST YEAR OF ITS FRENCH CURRICULUM BY TRAINING FACILITATORS AND DISTRIBUTING EQUIPMENT TO ESTABLISH 31 FRENCH-SPEAKING SCHOOLS ACROSS THE NATIONS OF BENIN, TOGO, NIGER, MALI, SENEGAL, GUINEA, IVORY COAST, LIBERIA, GHANA, AND CAMEROON. WIN TRAINED FACILITATORS AND DISTRIBUTED EQUIPMENT TO START 77 SCHOOLS IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH IN MEXICO, THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, AND EIGHT SUB-SAHARAN AFRICAN NATIONS. WIN WORKED WITH PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS TO START MORE THAN 200 ADDITIONAL SCHOOLS, MAINLY IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA. WIN EXPECTS EACH SCHOOL STARTED BY IT OR ITS PARTNERS TO TRAIN BETWEEN 20 AND 50 COMMUNITY LEADERS. WIN PROCESSED GRADES AND ISSUED 2,696 DIPLOMAS TO STUDENTS IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA AND 92 IN LATIN AMERICA. 1,288 STUDENTS ACHIEVED AT LEAST A FOUR-YEAR DIPLOMA. WIN ALSO PROVIDED OVER 24,000 IN DIRECT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SELECT INDIGENOUS SCHOOL FACILITATORS WORKING WITH SOUTH SUDANESE REFUGEES AND MAASAI TRIBALISTS.
