CONTINUED OUR WORK TO PROTECT POINT MOLATE FROM DEVELOPMENT THROUGH LITIGATION IN FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS. FILED AN APPEAL IN FEDERAL COURT. IN STATE COURT, PREPARED PETITION, BRIEFS AND ATTENDED AND PARTICIPATED IN THE HEARING ON OUR CEQA CHALLENGE TO THE PROJECT.TOOK ON TWO LEGAL CASES CHALLENGING THE CEQA CERTIFICATIONS FOR THE ZENECA SITE PROJECT IN SOUTH RICHMOND. THE SITE WAS FORMERLY A STAUFFER CHEMICAL FACILLITY MAKING TOXICS INCLUDING DDT. THE SITE IS SLATED FOR DEVELOPMENT OF HOUSING ON LAND WHICH WE BELIEVE IS NOT FULLY CLEANED UP.ACTING AS FISCAL AGENT FOR RICHMOND HILLS COALITION.SUPPORTING CA NATIVE PLANT SOCIETY EAST BAY CHAPTER ON EXPANSION OF MOUNTAIN BIKE ON EAST BAY REGIONAL PARK TRAIL ISSUES.WE ARE ACTING AS FISCAL AGENT FOR THE RICHMOND HILLS COALITION WHICH IS FIGHTING A DEVELOPMENT.
