COACHING INDIVIDUAL CHURCHES AND CHURCHES IN GROUPS. 2. COACHING PASTORS IN GROUPS AND INDIVIDUAL PASTORS.

COACHING INDIVIDUAL CHURCHES: CHURCHES ASCENDING LEADERS COACHED PERSONALLY REPORTED INCREASED VITALITY AND FOCUS. COACHING CHURCHES IN GROUPS (CO-LABS): THE CHURCHES IN THE CO-LAB WE COMPLETED TESTED OUT WITH SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT. WE ALSO CONTINUED ANOTHER CO-LAB WITH PROGRESS FOR THE CHURCHES AND BEGAN ANOTHER CO-LAB TO PROVIDE MORE CHURCHES WITH MEASURABLE RESULTS. COACHING PASTORS AND LAY-LEADERS IN THE COMMUNITY: ONE COMMUNITY OF LEADERS REPORTED SYNERGY FROM ALL LEADERS PULLING IN THE SAME DIRECTION, AS A RESULT.
