THE MAINTENANCE SERVICES THAT ARE PROVIDED THROUGH MEMBER ASSESSMENTS BENEFIT BOTH CORPORATION MEMBERS AND THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY. THE CORPORATION IS A MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITY ENCOMPASSING OVER 1,000 ACRES INCLUDING APPROXIMATELY 33 ACRES DEVOTED TO PARKS. AT BUILD-OUT THE CORPORATION WILL INCLUDE APPROXIMATELY 9,000 HOMES. THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CORPORATION ALSO FOSTER A CONCEPT OF NEIGHBORHOOD AWARENESS.
