IN 2021, ORR FELLOWSHIP RECRUITED IN-PERSON AND VIRTUALLY AT OVER 26 COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES AND ATTRACTED 1,168 QUALIFIED CANDIDATES. WE SET A NEW RECORD WITH NUMBER OF JOB OFFERS WITH 100 CANDIDATES RECEIVING OFFERS TO JOIN ORR FELLOWSHIP AS ORR FELLOWS (NEW MEMBERS) IN THE FUTURE CLASS OF 2022. THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED BY EXPANDING OUR PARTNER COMPANIES.
IN 2021, ORR FELLOWSHIP CONTINUED TO OFFER LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT EVENTS TO OUR MEMBERS INCLUDING NATIONAL SPEAKER, BUSINESS LEADER SPEAKER SERIES, FUNCTIONAL WORKSHOPS, DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION TRAININGS, AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMING.
