FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - THE ORGANIZATION PARTNERED WITH DOUGLAS COUNTY AND RECEIVED FEDERAL EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE FUNDS TO ASSIST WITH COVID RECOVERY. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR RENT AND UTILITIES WAS PROVIDED TO 690 HOUSEHOLDS FOR A TOTAL VALUE OF $4,314,551.


CLOTHING AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS - COPE OPERATED A CLOTHING PANTRY WHICH COLLECTS DONATIONS FROM THE COMMUNITY AND MAKES THEM AVAILABLE TO COMMUNITY MEMBERS IN NEED. THE CLOTHING PANTRY IS LARGELY OPERATED BY VOLUNTEERS WITH STAFF OVERSIGHT. WE SERVED 363 HOUSEHOLDS WITH MONTHLY ACCESS TO CLOTHING AND HOUSEHOLD FOR A TOTAL VALUE OF $91,629.


FOOD PANTRIES - COPE PROVIDES FOOD ASSISTANCE TO AREA FAMILIES. THE FOOD IS OBTAINED FROM A COMBINATION OF GROCERY STORE DONATIONS, COMMUNITY FOOD DRIVES, AND OCCASIONALLY DIRECT PURCHASES. WE SERVED 363 HOUSEHOLDS WITH MONTHLY ACCESS TO PANTRIES FOR A TOTAL VALUE OF $159,516.
