WE EQUIP NETWORK LEADERS BY PROVIDING TRAINING, PEER LEARNING, & RESOURCES TO BUILD THEIR COLLABORATIVE SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE. WE ADVOCATE FOR COLLABORATION BY SPEAKING, WRITING, & CONVENING STRATEGIC GATHERINGS TO ENCOURAGE CHRISTIAN LEADERS TO ADOPT A PARTNERING APPROACH TO MINISTRY. OVER THE PAST 15 YEARS, VISIONSYNERGY HAS WORKED WITH HUNDREDS OF MISSION LEADERS WORLDWIDE TO CATALYZE & DEVELOP A WIDE RANGE OF COLLABORATIVE EFFORTS FOCUSED ON WORLD EVANGELISM. WE COACH NETWORK LEADERS & ADVISE MISSION NETWORKS THAT INCLUDE MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS FROM MORE THAN 40 COUNTRIES. DEVELOPING NETWORKS: THE CORE WORK OF VISIONSYNERGY INVOLVES COACHING AND CONSULTING WITH CHRISTIAN NETWORK LEADERS TO HELP THEM FORM AND OPERATE STRATEGIC MISSION NETWORKS THAT CAN FACILITATE LARGE-SCALE COLLABORATION AND MAKE SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS IN THEIR MINISTRY FIELDS. IN 2020, VISIONSYNERGY PIVOTED TO ONLINE DELIVERY OF ITS SYNERGY CATALYST COACHING AND TRAINING PROGRAM FOR NETWORK LEADERS. THE FIRST COHORT OF LEADERS COMPLETED THE TWO-YEAR SYNERGY CATALYST PROGRAM IN 2020. COLLECTIVELY THIS FIRST COHORT LAUNCHED 21 NEW MISSION NETWORKS IN NORTH INDIA RESULTING IN HUNDREDS OF NEW CHURCHES AND MULTIPLE DISCIPLE-MAKING MOVEMENTS WITH NUMEROUS SOCIAL IMPACT INITIATIVES. VISIONSYNERGY LAUNCHED A SECOND SYNERGY CATALYST COHORT OF LEADERS IN INDIA AS WELL AS A GLOBAL COHORT OF NETWORK LEADERS FROM 11 COUNTRIES. VISIONSYNERGY CONTINUED TO PROVIDE OTHER ADVISORY SERVICES AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR 9 GLOBAL MISSION NETWORKS, 2 REGIONAL NETWORKS ENCOMPASSING 11 COUNTRIES, AS WELL AS 3 NATIONAL MISSION PARTNERSHIPS. VISIONSYNERGY ASSOCIATES ALSO FORMED AND CURRENTLY LEAD A NATIONAL PARTNERSHIP IN EGYPT FOCUSED ON CATALYZING NATIONAL NETWORKS AROUND 6 KEY AREAS OF MINISTRY WITH ONE NETWORK FOR YOUTH MINISTRIES ALREADY LAUNCHED. COLLECTIVELY, THE GLOBAL, REGIONAL, NATIONAL, AND LOCAL NETWORKS THAT VISIONSYNERGY ADVISES INCLUDE AND INFLUENCE THOUSANDS OF MINISTRIES AND MISSION ORGANIZATIONS.


EQUIPPING NETWORK LEADERS: VISIONSYNERGY ALSO PROVIDES TRAINING EXPERIENCES AND FACILITATES CONNECTIONS AMONG THE GLOBAL COMMUNITY OF MISSION NETWORK LEADERS. IN 2020, VISIONSYNERGY HOSTED A SIX-MONTH SERIES OF ONLINE SYNERGY SUMMITS, PROVIDING TRAINING, CONNECTIONS, AND SPECIALLY-CURATED RESOURCES FOR OVER 380 LEADERS FROM 69 COUNTRIES REPRESENTING 149 NETWORKS. VISIONSYNERGY ALSO GREW ITS SYNERGY COMMONS ONLINE LEARNING COMMUNITY TO OVER 1,500 MEMBERS FROM NEARLY 120 COUNTRIES.


ADVOCATING FOR COLLABORATION: VISIONSYNERGY ADVOCATES FOR INCREASED COLLABORATION IN THE CHRISTIAN MISSION MOVEMENT THROUGH PUBLICATIONS AND SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS THAT INFORM AND INSPIRE. IN 2020, VISIONSYNERGY STAFF AND ASSOCIATES PRESENTED VIDEO KEYNOTES FOR VIRTUAL CONFERENCES IN CHINA AND THE U.S., TRANSLATED ITS PARTNERSHIP HANDBOOK INTO FOUR SOUTH ASIAN LANGUAGES, AND TRANSLATED MULTIPLE RESOURCES INTO FRENCH FOR USE BY MISSION NETWORKS IN FRANCOPHONE AFRICA. VISIONSYNERGY ALSO PUBLISHED OTHER VIDEOS, ARTICLES, AND RESOURCES ACCESSED BY THOUSANDS OF READERS AND VIEWERS. A MAJOR INITIATIVE FOR 2020 WAS THE LAUNCH OF A GLOBAL RESEARCH PROJECT FOCUSED ON IMPACT EVALUATION OF MISSION NETWORKS.
