WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT: CLIENTS WILL ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES WHICH FOCUS ON DEVELOPING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS, LEADERSHIP AND PLANNING, SKILLS NEEDED FOR SUCCESS IN THE WORKFORCE/ENTREPRENEURSHIP, AND EXPOSURE TO DIFFERENT CAREERS, VOLUNTEER OR INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES. OTHER ACTIVITIES INCLUDE MOCK INTERVIEWS, DEVELOPING ON-THE-JOB SKILLS (SOFT SKILLS OR TECHNICAL SKILLS), JOB SHADOWING, COMPLETING ONLINE AND IN PERSON JOB APPLICATIONS, AND CONNECTING TO PART-TIME OR SUMMER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
