SOUTHERN HILLS PRESERVATION CORPORATION IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED IN 1986. THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION THROUGH DEVELOPMENT, FINANCING, ADVOCAACY, COUNSELING AND EDUCATION. THE ORGANIZATION SERVES RURAL SOUTHERN ONONDAGA COUNTY, INCLUDING THE TOWNS OD FABIUS, LAFAYETTE, MARCELLUS, ONONDAGA, OTISCO, POMPEY, SPAFFORD, SKANEATELES AND TULLY. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THROUGH THE FOLLOWING PRIMARY ACTIVITIES: 1. GATHERING DATA RELATED TO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GOALS, 2. CONSTRUCTOIN AND REHABILIATION OF HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME RESIDENTS, 3.
