AGAPE'S PRIMARY SERVICE: FAMILY, MARITAL, AND INDIVIDUAL PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING DELIVERED IN THE CHRISTIAN TRADITION BY LICENSED THERAPISTS. THE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE AN EXCELLENT COUNSELING OPTION FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT A FAITH BASED THERAPY. DURING THE 2022-2023 FISCAL YEAR, AGAPE HELD 9,918 SESSION HOURS AND SAW OVER 748 NEW CLIENTS. AGAPE HIRED 8 ADDITIONAL COUNSELORS AND HOSTED 2 INTERNS. AGAPE ALSO OPENED ANOTHER SATELLITE OFFICE BRINGING THE TOTAL TO 5 OFFICES. NEWSLETTERS ARE OCCASIONALLY E-MAILED, WHICH IS COST-SAVING AND "GREEN", TO ABOUT 1,000 INDIVIDUALS TO RAISE AWARENESS OF AGAPE, DISCUSS ISSUES THAT AGAPE DEALS WITH IN COUNSELING, AND GIVE NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASSES AND COUNSELING.
