STAFFING AND ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES TO PROMOTE PROSTART AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES OF THE NATIONAL RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION IN NEW YORK STATE. BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2023, ADMINISTRATION OF PROSTART WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW YORK STATE RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION (FEIN 13-1101544).
SPONSOR OF "PRO-START" HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO EDUCATE AND MOTIVATE STUDENTS TOWARDS THE FOOD SERVICE/HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. THERE ARE OVER 3,600 STUDENTS ENROLLED IN 56 HIGH SCHOOLS AND MANY OF THE GRADUATES CONTINUED THEIR STUDIES IN CULINARY COLLEGES.
