THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SOCIAL SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE LOW-INCOME SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROJECT KNOWN AS KENMORE HALL. THE PROJECT HAS 326 EFFICIENCY HOUSING UNITS AND IS SITUATED AT 143-147 EAST 23RD STREET, NY, NY. THE SERVICES ARE FUNDED BY SOCIAL SERVICE CONTRACTS WITH NYC DEPARTMENT OF HOMELESS SERVICES AND NYC HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION AND A SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM GRANT FROM US DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ("HUD"). ALL ADMITTED RESIDENTS ARE SINGLE ADULTS AND ARE REQUIRED TO MEET HUD'S CRITERIA FOR HOMELESSNESS, DISABILITY AND LOW INCOME.
