HRIC ALSO SUPPORTS CITIZEN ACTIVISM BY INCREASING ACCESS TO UNCENSORED INFORMATION, BRINGING INTERNATIONAL ATTENTION TO DOMESTIC CALLS FOR ACTION, AND PROVIDING MEDIA SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUAL CASES, AND CAPACITY BUILDING RESOURCES FOR DEFENDERS.
