IN FISCAL YEAR 2023, CPR CONTINUED TO FOCUS ON DEVELOPING BETTER WAYS TO PREVENT AND RESOLVE BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT DISPUTES. CPR'S DISPUTE PREVENTION INITIATIVE FINALIZED PROCEDURES FOR DISPUTE PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT BOARDS, PREPARED AND RELEASED A MANUAL ON DRAFTING PROVISIONS FOR LIFE SCIENCES LICENSING TRANSACTIONS, AND PRESENTED A SKILLS-BASED TRAINING FOR DISPUTE PREVENTION NEUTRALS. WE ALSO CONTINUED OUR FOCUS ON DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION IN THE ADR SPACE AND HOSTED A NETWORKING EVENT FOR DIVERSE NEUTRALS IN COLLABORATION WITH HOWARD UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW AS WELL AS A DEI TRAINING FOR NEUTRALS.
