THIS SERVICERS INCLUDES STRUCTURED INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP ADDICTION ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES THAT ARE DESIGNED TO ASSIST ADULT AND ADOLESCENT INDIVIDUALS TO BEGIN AND/OR REMAIN IN RECOVERY FROM SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND LEARN SKILLS FOR MAINTENANCE OF SOBRIETY. THE PROGRAM IS OFFERED AT LEAST 3 HOURS A DAY, AT LEAST 3 DAYS A WEEK. AN INDIVIDUAL'S REQUIRED COMMITMENT WILL NOT EXCEED NINE (9) HOURS PER WEEK. SERVICES INCLUDE INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT AND OUTPATIENT, ALCOHOLISM, AND DRUG ADDICTION TREATMENT.
