COMMUNITY RESIDENCE PROGRAM WHICH ESTABLISHES, OPERATES, AND MAINTAINS RESIDENCES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. DURING 2001-2003 AND IN 2006, THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED A CAPITAL ADVANCE FROM HUD UNDER SECTION 811 OF THE NATIONAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACT WITH WHICH IT PURCHASED AND RENOVATED BUILDINGS TO PROVIDE HOUSING TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. SUCH HOMES ARE TO BE OPERATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH HUD GUIDELINES FOR A PERIOD OF 40 YEARS.
