IN THE TOWN OF JAMAICA ESTATES, COUNTY OF QUEENS, STATE OF NEW YORK, WITH WRITTEN APPROVAL OF THE NEW YORK CITY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, TO PROVIDE DEVELOPMENTALLY APPROPRIATE MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND ACTIVITIES THAT AFFORD THE CHILDREN THE OPPORTUNITY TO GROW EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY.
