THESE SERVICES INCLUDE SANITATION, SECURITY, HOLIDAY LIGHTS/DECORATIONS, GRAFFITI REMOVAL, BEAUTIFICATION PROJECTS, AND OTHER SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES WHICH FOSTER SAFETY, CRIME REDUCTION, IMPROVED TRAFFIC FLOW AND CLEANLINESS TO CREATE A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT FOR RESIDENTS, BUSINESSES, SHOPPERS AND VISITORS.
