OUR ORGANIZATION BELIEVES THAT A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO MAN'S NEEDS CREATES A MORE STABLE HUMAN BEING AND THUS THE ABILITY TO FUNCTION AT A HIGHER LEVEL.

TO ELEVATE THE MORAL, INTELLECTUAL AND SOCIAL CONDITIONS OF MILLWRIGHT AND MACHINERY ERECTORS BY PROMOTING IMPROVED WORKING CONDITIONS, FACILITATING THE PEACEFUL ADJUSTMENT OF GRIEVANCES AND BY DEVELOPING AND ENHANCING THE BUSINESS STANDARDS, PRACTICES AND ETHICS OF UNION MEMBERS.
