SCHOOL SISTERS OF NOTRE DAME EDUCATIONAL CENTER'S (SSNDEC) MISSION IS TO EMPOWER UNDERSERVED WOMEN OF ALL RACES AND FAITHS TO REACH THE FULLNESS OF THEIR POTENTIAL. WITHIN A SAFE AND WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT, THE CENTER PROVIDES PROGRAMS THAT EDUCATE AND NUTURE THE WHOLE PERSON. THIS CATHOLIC SPONSORED CENTER IS ROOTED IN THE BELIEF THAT WOMEN ARE AGENTS OF TRANSFORMATION FOR THE FAMILY, SOCIETY AND WORLD.

ITS PURPOSE IS TO MEET THE EDUCATIONAL AND HOLISTIC NEEDS OF WOMEN OF LIMITED FINANCIAL RESOURCES AND TO OFFER PROGRAMS THAT ENHANCE LIFE LEARNING SKILLS, TEACH ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE AND TO PREPARE WOMEN FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL EQUIVALENCY EXAMINATION.
