SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR APPROX 10 UNITS OF SCATTERED SITE HOUSING FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES. WE PROVIDE SUBSIDIES BASED ON INCOME THAT ARE FUNDED PRIMARILY BY HUD. RELATED SERVICES SUCH AS CASE MANAGEMENT, TRANSPORTATION, REFERRALS, CLOTHING, FOOD ETC. ARE ALSO AVAILABLE.
