SOUTHSIDE GATEWAYS/500 BROAD STREET, LLC CONSTRUCTED TEN UNITS OF COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUMS IN SOUTH PROVIDENCE, THROUGH 8/31/17, 7 UNITS HAVE BEEN SOLD AND THE THREE OTHER UNITS ARE BEING RENTED. THESE CONDOMINIUMS SERVE TO REVITALIZE THE AREA THROUGH BRINGING ADDITIONAL SMALL BUSINESSES TO ITS RESIDENTS.
