LIVING INDEPENDENTLY FOREVER, INC (LIFE) IS DEDICATED TO SERVING THE LIFE-LONG NEEDS OF ADULTS WITH SIGNIFICANT LEARNING DISABILITIES WITHIN OUR RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES. LIFE IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING THESE MEN AND WOMEN WITH THE EDUCATION AND OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP THEIR PERSONAL AND VOCATIONAL/OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS TO THEIR MAXIMUM POTENTIAL, AND TO SUPPORT THEM APPROPRIATELY IN INDEPENDENT AND GROUP LIVING.

SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING PROVIDES HOUSING, THROUGH OWNERSHIP OR RENTAL, AT CONDOMINIUM CAMPUSES IN THE CAPE COD AND PLYMOUTH AREAS. IN ADDITION, THE PROGRAM PROVIDES SUPPORT SERVICES WHICH RANGE FROM DIRECT ASSISTANCE WITH DAILY LIVING SKILLS, SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, TRANSPORTATION, EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, CASE MANAGEMENT, FITNESS AND NUTRITION CLASSES, CONTINUING EDUCATION AND ANNUAL GOAL PLANNING.
GROUP RESIDENTIAL LIVING IS A RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS AT FIVE SEPARATE HOMES ON CAPE COD. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES SUPPORT SERVICES WHICH RANGE FROM DIRECT ASSISTANCE WITH DAILY LIVING SKILLS, SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, TRANSPORTATION, EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, CASE MANAGEMENT, FITNESS AND NUTRITION CLASSES, CONTINUING EDUCATION AND ANNUAL GOAL PLANNING.
