NATIONAL MODEL UNITED NATIONS - NEW YORK CITYMARCH / APRIL 2024: NMUN-NY CONFERENCE WITH PARTICIPATION FROM 259 SCHOOLS REGISTERING 4,143 STUDENTS AND 276 FACULTY FROM AROUND THE WORLD CULMINATING IN SESSIONS AT THE UNITED NATIONS HEADQUARTERS. UN SPEAKERS INCLUDED THE PRESIDENT OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY DENNIS FRANCIS AND PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVES OF GERMANY AND NAMIBIA, AMBS. ANTJE LEENDERTSE AND NEVILLE GERTZE, CO-FACILITATORS OF THE SUMMIT OF THE FUTURE. AN ADDITIONAL 350 STUDENTS AND VOLUNTEERS JOINED THE CONCURRNET GLOBAL MUNERS SPANISH LANGUAGE SIMULATION NMUN COSPONSORED.


NATIONAL MODEL UNITED NATIONS - WASHINGTON, D.C.NOVEMBER 2023: THE THREE-DAY NMUN-DC CONFERENCE DREW 902 STUDENTS AND 69 FACULTY FROM AROUND THE WORLD WHO PARTICIPATED IN DISCUSSIONS OF ISSUES AT THE FOREFRONT OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS. CARDELL JOHNSON OF THE US GAO SERVED AS THE KEYNOTE SPEAKER.


NATIONAL MODEL UNITED NATIONS - GERMANYNOVEMBER 2023: 385 STUDENTS DEBATED CURRENT ISSUES AND DREW FROM HISTORY AT SITE VISITS INLCUDING WARTBURG CASTLE, BUCHENWALD MEMORIAL AND POINT ALPHA. THE CONFERENCE WAS ORGANIZED IN PARNTERSHIP WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF ERFURT AND HELD AT THE TOWN HALL, REGIONAL PARLIAMENT AND HUMAN RIGHTS MUSEUM AS PART OF THE THEME OF BRIDGING EAST AND WEST WHILE ALSO CELEBRATING 50 YEARS OF GERMAN MEMBERSHIP IN THE UN.
