SPRING 2023 IN-PERSON CONFERENCE IN MONTEREY AT THE MARRIOTT HOTEL, WITH THE SAME TOPICS AS THE FALL CONFERENCE. THE PRE-CONFERENCE FOR NEW CIOS PROVIDED TRAINING AS IN THE FALL.


FALL 2022 IN-PERSON CONFERENCE IN SAN DIEGO AT THE DANA ON MISSION BAY, CONVENING CHIEF INSTRUCTIONAL OFFICERS, CHANCELLORS OFFICE LEADERS, AND SPEAKERS ON THE TOPICS OF DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION TO HELP OUR MEMBERS IMPROVE AND GROW PROFESSIONALLY. THE PRE-CONFERENCE FOR NEW CIOS WAS A TWO-DAY INTENSIVE TRAINING ON THE SKILLS AND DETAILS OF THEIR NEW POSITIONS


HOSTED THE ADVANCING LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE FOR INSTRUCTIONAL VPS IN EQUITABLE EDUCATION (ALIVE) ACADEMY FOR DEANS OF COLOR AND ALLIES ASPIRING TO ADVANCE TO BECOME CHIEF INSTRUCTIONAL OFFICERS. UNDERWROTE PARTICIPANTS ATTENDANCE AT BOTH THE FALL AND SPRING CONFERENCE. MEMBERS OF CCCCIO CONVENED AND COORDINATED MONTHLY MEETINGS, CHECK-INS, AND ARRANGED MENTORS FOR EACH PARTICIPANT.
