OUR PARENT EDUCATION PROGRAMS INCLUDE NURTURING FATHERS, CO-PARENTING, PARENT CAFES AND PEOPLE EMPOWERING PEOPLE. WE ARE COLLABORATORS OF THE CITY'S EARLY LITERACY INITIATIVE. WE FACILITATE HOLYOKE UNITES, HOLYOKE SE UNE CITY WIDE COALITION IN CREATING A SHARED PARTICIPATION AND LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AMONG THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN HOLYOKE TO BUILD A MORE VIBRANT, SAFE AND HEALTHY COMMUNITY. WE ALSO OFFER THE COMMUITY EMPOWERMENT LAB AND DCR SUMMER NIGHTS PROGRAMS TO FURTHER OUT COMMUNITY.
PUERTO RICAN RELIEF FUND - ALTHOUGH THE FUND STARTED TO ASSIST HURRICANE VICTIMS FROM HURRICANE MARIA WE NOW ACCEPT FUNDS TO ASSIST FAMILIES IN GENERAL WHO HAVE SUFFERED A DISASTER.
HOUSE OF COLORS - WE MANAGE AND SUPPORT HOLYOKE'S ONLY LBGTQ HOUSE OF COLORS PROGRAM. WE PROVIDE SAFE SEXUAL HEALTH CURRICULUM, YOUTH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDED A NUMBER OF ACTIVITIES IN COLLABORATION WITH OTHER AGENCIES/PROGRAMS.
