SECURITY PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS THE NYC POLICE DEPT IN PROVIDING SECURITY IN THE FASHION CENTER DISTRICT. THE GOAL IS TO GIVE THE GENERAL PUBLIC A FEELING OF SECURITY THROUGH UNIFORMED GUARDS.


CAPITAL AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS - IMPROVING THE OVERALL APPEARANCE OF THE DISTRICT THROUGH A COMBINATION OF PROJECTS INCLUDING LIGHTING AND PUBLIC FIXTURES.
